1. Who are The Disc?
We are an independent record shop in Bradford city centre that was established in 1993 and we specialize in vinyl, cd’s & merchandise.
Our vinyl range consists of new and used vinyl featuring some of the most sought after club tracks. Our customer base is worldwide and the service we offer is second to none.
2. How do I use your site?
Our site is designed to be very user friendly, here are a few tips to make browsing easy.
For example, if you want new vinyl click on the NEW VINYL tab.
If you then want to view a certain genre in the new vinyl section you can select that genre from the menu.
You will then be presented with a list of tracks from that genre.
You can then list by label a-z, stock date etc. You can also click on the more info button to see extra tracks etc. If you want to find more tracks by a particular artist, click on the relevant artist name and a list of all the tracks on our database by that artist will be listed.
3. How do I place an order?
ONLINE:
You can place your order online and if placed before 4pm you will receive it the next working day.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, but 9 times out of 10 it will arrive.
BY PHONE:
We are always happy to take your order over the phone if you are not comfortable with using the website.
Just call 01274 394730 between 10am-6pm Monday to Saturday.
4. When will my order be delivered?
If you place your order before 4pm Monday – Thursday, delivery will be the next day.
Unfortunately if placed on a Friday we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery.

Please note that it is your responsibility to send cash securely and if paying by cheque you must wait for your cheque to clear before your order can be dispatched.
6. Are my details secure?
Yes, all details are encrypted with the highest security. After we have processed your order all card details are then removed from our server.
7. What if an ordered item is out of stock?
In the unlikely event that an item is out of stock, you will not be charged for that particular item and the shipping will be adjusted accordingly.
